The note writes itself. You stay the clinician.
Readya's AI listens during the session, drafts the documentation in your voice, surfaces what deserves a second look, and answers questions about your own practice — all on infrastructure built for PHI.
AI Scribe drafts the note while you stay present.
Start the recording and forget it's there. Readya transcribes both voices, separates them, and assembles a structured note in the format you already use — SOAP, DAP or BIRP. Nothing is final until you say so.
A smart inbox that triages, so you don't open everything.
Portal messages, form submissions and reminders land in one place, already sorted by what needs you now versus what can wait. Readya suggests a reply you can send in a tap — or rewrite in your own words.

4 need youAsk Readya about your own practice, in plain language.
"Who hasn't rebooked in three weeks?" "What's my no-show rate this month?" "Draft a referral letter for Maya." Ask in words; Readya answers from your data — never anyone else's — and shows its work.
Ask Readya
private to your practiceAI that drafts — never decides, never wanders off with your data.
You sign every note
Nothing reaches a client record or a claim until you review and sign. Drafts are drafts.
Your data, only yours
Ask Readya is grounded in your practice alone. Session content is never used to train a shared model.
Built for PHI
HIPAA-aligned infrastructure, encryption in transit and at rest, and a BAA on request.
The things clinicians ask first.
Does the AI Scribe record clients without consent?
No. Recording is opt-in per client and clearly indicated in the session view. Consent is captured during intake, and you can run a session without the scribe at any time.
Is my session data used to train AI models?
No. Your content powers your practice only. Ask Readya answers from your data, and session transcripts are never pooled into a shared training set.
Which note formats are supported?
SOAP, DAP and BIRP out of the box, plus your own custom templates. The scribe drafts into whichever format you've set as default.
What if the draft gets something wrong?
You review and edit before signing — every time. The draft is a starting point that saves typing, not an unattended author.
Spend the session on the human, not the keyboard.
