Yes — the Free plan gives full product access with no credit card and no time limit. You pay $1 per AI session you run, and $0.50 per insurance claim you file — no monthly claims activation fee. If you do nothing, you pay nothing.
When should I move from Free to a paid plan?
The math decides — no sales pressure. Around 40 AI sessions a month or 10+ claims, Essential ($39) costs less than pay-as-you-go. Past ~80 sessions or 35 claims, Pro ($79) wins. You see the crossover in your own usage.
How are insurance claims priced?
Native claims in Readya, built into Readya. Free is pay-per-claim at $0.50 with no monthly enable fee. Paid plans include claims allowances (10 / 35 / 75) plus lower overage rates. You never pay a separate claims product subscription.
Is AI an add-on?
No. AI Notes, Co-pilot, Smart Inbox and live in-session AI are bundled in every paid tier — never a separate SKU. On the Free plan you get the same AI, billed per session.
Can I change plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel whenever you like — soft caps prompt an upgrade rather than blocking you. Annual prepay is 15% off, and there's no introductory pricing.
Are there hidden per-claim or processing surcharges?
No per-claim surcharge within your included claims. Card processing is billed at standard transparent rates with no Readya markup.
